A call Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, books your free estimate, and a call that comes in outside those hours gets returned the next working morning.

Tell us what the system is doing and where the building is, and we set a time to come out and see it.

Handy to have when you call

  • Home or business, and the street or town it sits on
  • What it does now: blows warm, leaves water around the indoor unit, the "air handler", or turns on and off too fast, which the trade calls "short cycling"
  • Whether you want a new system priced or the existing unit looked at
  • The age of the outdoor unit, if you know it

Here is how the estimate goes when it is on the calendar.

  1. We come out

    We come to the house or the business, look over the ducts and the equipment there now, and ask how the rooms feel.

  2. We size it

    For a new system we run a load calculation, the "Manual J", and talk through size, brand and the "SEER rating" with you.

  3. You get it in writing

    We quote the whole job before we start, with no surprise charges after, and the choice is yours.
