Who you are calling
Who Coast A/C and Heat Is
Coast A/C and Heat is a heating and cooling business in Biloxi, MS, and putting in air conditioning is the work we are built around.
On this coast a new air conditioner has to dry the house as well as cool it, so we size each install to the house it serves rather than to the label on the unit coming out. That sizing is a "Manual J" load calculation. Skip it and an oversized unit "short cycles", shutting off before it has pulled the water out of the air.
We talk to you plainly, the way we would want a contractor to talk to us, and the price for the whole job is settled before any work starts.
What we do
The Heating and Cooling Work
Our work begins with AC installation and runs through the heating and cooling services around it, and every service has a page of its own.
-
New cooling, sized right
Central air, heat pumps and ductless systems for houses, and rooftop equipment for shops and offices, matched to the building rather than to what was there before.
Biloxi AC Installation -
Repairs on both sides
Warm air, a unit that keeps turning on and off, water pooling by the indoor unit: we find the failed part and fix it, the urgent calls in the heat included.
-
Heat for the cold snaps
Furnaces, heat pumps and electric heat strips that sat idle all summer and quit the night the weather turns.
-
Upkeep and ductwork
Spring tune-ups with clean coils and a clear drain, and leaking ducts sealed with "mastic" so the cooled air reaches the rooms.

How a Job Runs
Every job starts with a free estimate and a quote for the whole job, and it ends with the site cleaned up.
-
You ring us
During working hours you get us. After hours you get voicemail, and we ring back the next working morning.
-
We come and look
We turn up when we said we would and go over the equipment, the ducts and the electrical supply, with a load calculation when a new unit is going in.
-
The price, on paper
You see the full figure and decide with no pressure. Nothing gets added after the work is under way.
-
The work
Equipment goes in or the failed part comes out, with the copper "line set", the "condensate line" and the wiring finished properly.
-
Tested before we go
The system runs through a complete cycle and the thermostat gets set, so you feel it working before we pack up.
-
Left tidy
Cartons, offcuts and dust leave with us, and the closet, attic or side yard looks the way we found it.
A free estimate starts with a call.
Tell us what the system is doing, or what you want put in, and we will set a time to come out and look.
- Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm
- No surprise charges after the quote
