Quick responses (answered on a Saturday while 2 other companies we had called took hours to return the call), quick resolution to our AC issues and professional technicians. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else, these guys are the best.
I have called Wayne a few times now and he is very quick to get to me. Coast A/C & Heat will be the only guys I call. They do everything they can to make a negative thing into a positive experience and I am greatly appreciative of all he has done for us. Great, Honest company.
My A/C had stopped working and I was desperate to feel that vital, cool air flow again. Especially since it's late August and still hot as can be. Wayne arrived promptly (on Saturday morning no less) and had my A/C fixed, necessary parts replaced, and everything working smoothly within an hour of arriving. Would highly recommend!
I called Wayne on Saturday at 5PM. He was at my house in 15 min and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour and a half. I highly recommend! Great customer service!!! Thank you so much Wayne for your professionalism and quickness!
Today, Wayne provided cleaning/servicing A/C maintenance. I called them after noticing water leaking onto the floor of my inside unit. Not only was he thorough, he explained what he was doing and gave me several tips on good A/C unit care. This is the 2nd time I've used them in two years and both times, they have been punctual and very affordable. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.
Technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again on future A/C needs.
This is my 2nd experience using Coast AC and Heat. Wayne came out last year and repaired one of our units that another company had not fixed correctly and got our upstairs unit ready for winter. He was super fast on appointment (same day!) And also took the time to give us some advice on intakes in the house. For half the price of other companies , I got excellent service. Today I had a unit go. Did not call until lunch yet Wayne came out anyway after his other appointments for the day. Not only is my AC now working before dinnertime, but he saved us a boatload on a part that he thought might still be under warranty. It is very rare, indeed, to find a company whose work is impeccable, price not bloated and the best customer service I've had with ANY business this year. Wayne, Sir, you deserve more than a few words on paper for the service you provide in our community!

Another company had done an install. They did not complete the job and it was a real mess. The young man had it all figured out and going just over an hour. He explained each thing he found and cost before moving forward; i had been without heat for two months. Cost was very reasonable and I will not call anyone else in the future.
I came across Coast A/C, by chance, after my regular A/C service provider stated that he would not be available until next week. The gentleman (owner) was very professional and I've decided to continue forward with Coast A/C for the following reasons.
1) He actually answered the phone. This was impressive as the other companies I called had me leave a voice mail.
2) Although I didn't have a service appointment he was willing to fit me in today if I was willing to work around his other appointments. I cannot promise that he is able to do this all the time or for every situation, but he certainly made the effort to fit me in and resolve my issue.
3) Showed up within the window that he had stated that he could squeeze me in. This impressed me, as I fully expected him to run behind. Honestly, my regular guy never showed up on time.
4) Spoke to me in layman's terms and on point.
5) I thoroughly enjoyed his pleasant demeanor and tips for maintaining my system.
6) Address and resolved my issue. Bottom line is that I felt as though I was important to this company and not just another customer. I give them an A+ for customer service and an A+ on their workmanship.
